We process and prepare all orders within one business day of receipt regardless of service requested. Expedited filing requests are processed and prepared in advance of other daily orders. Once prepared your formation documents are sent to the state utilizing the state’s expedited filing procedures.

- The above table is representative of approximate state expedited filing times as experienced during the normal course of business and may be effected by high volume filing periods.
- The above times are for the filing of your entity with the state and do not include the time it will take us to forward your filing confirmations. Filing confirmations will be sent to you as soon as they are received by our office.
- A few states require the registered agent to sign an acceptance form which is to be submitted with the filing. We will prepare any such form and email or send it to you. Upon return of the signed acceptance form we will forward your filing to the state.
